Vespa 400 carb kit

It has the following parts 12582 - Float 12591- Needle valve with washer 12571- Volume control screw. This should stop the carb from overflowing with gas. This controls gas coming into and out of carb. This is the biggest problem with the carbs. Usually the jets are not worn out and this is all the carb needs.
